Karins Kottage Linky Party

Karins Kottage Centerpiece Wednesday Linky Party

Welcome to Karins Kottage Valentine Centerpiece Wednesday Linky Party. Such a fun time for me to host this linky party each week.

I love looking through all the posts and putting together a combination of pretty photos that link to 4 amazing bloggers!

Karins Kottage Happenings

What has been going on here at the Kottage? I have been busy planning and preparing things for our Young Women Valentine “Mask-querade” ball.

Wanting to be super thrifty in making decorations, I found a large TV box in my neighbors trash.

Using a box cutter I cut it up into large and small hearts. The Young Women came over and painted all of them as well as blew up lots of balloons to create a balloon arch!

I think the decorations are going to look awesome including my puzzle piece Valentine heart wreath that I made.

Karins Kottage Linky Party Highlights

Look at these darling Valentine gift pails from Rachelle at My Hubbard Home.

Rachelle suggested getting your gal pals together for a Stay at home Pedicure session.

These would be little gifts for them filled with something to eat and things for the pedicure.

How adorable is this!

My sweet friend Rita over at Panoply shares this adorable dinner for two by the fireplace.

I am so in love with her Mackenzie-Child heart shaped dishes! It all looks so pretty sitting atop her grey ruffled edged placemats!

Julie over at My Wee Abode shares a great tutorial on how to create this pretty Valentine door tote wreath!

These faux flowers look so real.

Julie explains in perfect detail what flowers she used and how to create this Pinterest Challenge inspiration.

Barefoot in the pines shares this colorful Valentine’s Day snack mix!

I love the simplicity of it!

It looks so yummy and kids will love this!

I hope you enjoyed this weeks Karins Kottage Linky party highlights! I would love it if you pin any of the photos to Pinterest from this post to get the word out about Centerpiece Wednesday. We are all in this together aren’t we? 🙂

Karins Kottage

Welcome to Karins Kottage! There is always something fun going on! You would think after becoming an empty nester couple that our nest would be very quiet and empty but our Kottage nest is usually more full than what we started out with! You might find me hosting a birthday party or graduation party and a baby shower on the same weekend or a big outdoor get together with 25 of our friends and family in the backyard or maybe I might be in the kitchen trying out a new recipe for my hubby and I to grill on the BBQ for a quiet night for the two of us. I am passionate about entertaining and setting a beautiful table! I may or may not have an addiction to cloth napkins and fun salad plates oh and goblets too! I think I will always have a home decorating DIY project in the works as long as my hubby is on board with me haha. We have painted A LOT in the 6 homes we have owned in the 35 years that we have been married as well as re-done multiple pieces of furniture, added wall and ceiling treatments, replaced lights, bathroom fixtures and even tiled floors! I have sewn what seems like a million window treatments for our home as well as for family, made slipcovers, and duvets and even a formal dress or two!
