Welcome back to the last Linky Party of October here at Karin’s Kottage! October has flown by in a flurry of DIY fall décor, Halloween decor ideas, treats, and festive tablescapes, and I’m so excited to celebrate all the creativity from this community. This week, I’m highlighting six bloggers who have shared fabulous seasonal ideas for bringing that cozy, spooky autumn magic to your home. Plus, I have a personal update to share on my health journey. Let’s dive into all the goodness (and a few cobwebs!) we have lined up this week.

By Creatively Beth
Creatively Beth is back with another budget-friendly idea, and this time it’s a rope ghost made from Dollar Tree items! This ghostly craft is so simple yet so cute, and it’s a fantastic way to add Halloween charm to your home without breaking the bank. You could make several to line your walkway or scatter throughout the house for a haunted feel.
By An Organized Season
For a Halloween table that’s both beautiful and a little eerie, check out this black-and-white setup by An Organized Season. It’s sophisticated and filled with just the right amount of spooky touches. The neutral palette keeps it versatile while still making a Halloween statement.
I also wanted to share a brief personal update. I recently received results from a lymph node biopsy, and while they did find a nominal small amount of cancer in three out of eight lymph nodes, those nodes have been removed. My next steps include a CT and MRI in November to ensure there’s no further spread. Praying and hopeful for good news In November!.
I’ll begin immunotherapy treatments every six weeks for a year, aiming to strengthen my immune system to fight any lingering cells. I’ll also have regular scans to keep everything closely monitored. This journey has deepened my appreciation for life, family, and faith, and I cannot stress enough the importance of skin checks. Please stay vigilant with any new or unusual marks. And to all of you who’ve sent prayers and well-wishes, thank you. Your support truly lifts me up every day.
Enough about me; let’s get this party started! Enjoy the creativity, and I can’t wait to see what you bring to the table this week. Happy Halloween and Happy Fall, everyone!

Beth! I loved your spider tablescape! So cute with all the orange black and white. I should do a spider tablescape that matches my front porch and wreath! You did such a good job. Thanks for always linking up and sharing!
