White Jean Jacket Outfit, Striped Top, and Cropped Jeans!

Hey there, style gals! Imagine this: a breezy day out and about in Italy, feeling fabulously put-together and oh-so-cozy in my latest white jean jacket outfit. I’m talking about the perfect trio of a white jean jacket, a snazzy red and white striped top, and those must-have cropped wide-legged jeans with a raw hem! I wore this when I was in Italy last May.

The White Jean Jacket

Let’s start with the star of the show—the white jean jacket! It’s like a stylish shield, keeping me warm and looking sharp when the evening breeze kicks in.

I have worn this jacket so many times because it is so versatile. I wore it here with my wide leg linen peach pants.

And let me tell you, it’s as versatile as they come. Whether draped over my shoulders for a night out or tied around the waist for a laid-back vibe, it’s a wardrobe essential.

Striped light and breezy top

Next up, the striped top! Light as air and utterly adorable, it’s my top pick for sunny days. The bold red and white stripes add a playful touch. The vertical stripes are so much more flattering on an apple shaped body type. Creating length for my upper body.

Cropped Wide Leg Jeans

Now, let’s give a round of applause to those cropped wide-legged jeans! Crafted with just the right amount of stretch, they’re my go-to for all-day comfort. Perfect for exploring hidden gems, indulging in delicious eats, or simply lounging with a gelato in hand—these jeans are a game-changer.

White Sneakers

And of course, I can’t forget my trusty white sneakers! They tie the whole look together, offering both style and comfort as I navigate the bustling streets.

So, my fellow style friends, take note: the white jean jacket, striped top, and cropped jeans combo is a winner for any outing. Stylish, comfortable, and effortlessly cool—this ensemble is a definite keeper.

Karins Kottage

Welcome to Karins Kottage! There is always something fun going on! You would think after becoming an empty nester couple that our nest would be very quiet and empty but our Kottage nest is usually more full than what we started out with! You might find me hosting a birthday party or graduation party and a baby shower on the same weekend or a big outdoor get together with 25 of our friends and family in the backyard or maybe I might be in the kitchen trying out a new recipe for my hubby and I to grill on the BBQ for a quiet night for the two of us. I am passionate about entertaining and setting a beautiful table! I may or may not have an addiction to cloth napkins and fun salad plates oh and goblets too! I think I will always have a home decorating DIY project in the works as long as my hubby is on board with me haha. We have painted A LOT in the 6 homes we have owned in the 35 years that we have been married as well as re-done multiple pieces of furniture, added wall and ceiling treatments, replaced lights, bathroom fixtures and even tiled floors! I have sewn what seems like a million window treatments for our home as well as for family, made slipcovers, and duvets and even a formal dress or two!

  • Super cute! I have a white denim jacket but it is stiff so I never find myself wearing it. Is the one you shared soft?

    • Hi Stacey, I think denim jackets are generally stiff until you wear them a bunch. They are like jeans...the more you wear them the more they soften up and become more comfortable. Have you tried washing it?

I found this idea on the internet - One of the best ways to soften a new denim jacket is to soak it in white vinegar. Vinegar is a natural fabric softener that will help break down the fibers in the denim and make them softer. To do this, fill a sink or basin with enough warm water to cover your jacket, then add 1/2 cup of vinegar to the water. I also found another idea to use hair conditioner with the vinegar to soften the fabric. Hope these ideas help. Let us know if that works.
