Black and White Bold Print Wide-Leg Pants in Italy

Today, I am thrilled to share my black and white bold print wide-leg pants that I wore in Italy. It is a new outfit that’s perfect for the hot and humid weather in Italy. If you’re looking for a chic and comfortable travel ensemble, this one ticks all the boxes! Let me introduce you to my black and white bold print wide-leg flowy pants, paired with a black t-shirt and the cutest black sandals.

Check out my little black and white friend next to the lamp post. We match!

The Outfit Breakdown

The Pants: I found these stunning wide-leg pants at TJ Maxx on clearance. They are airy, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for traveling in Italy. The black and white bold print makes a statement, while the shirred elastic waistline ensures they fit like a dream. Whether I’m indulging in delicious Italian cuisine or exploring quaint cobblestone streets, these pants keep me cool and stylish. The fabric flows beautifully, allowing for wonderful air circulation – a true blessing in the summer heat. And can we talk about versatility? These pants are long enough to pair with heels for a dressy look, but I opted for my new favorite sandals instead.

The Top: I paired these fabulous pants with a simple yet elegant black t-shirt from a boutique near my home. The fit is just right, hugging in all the right places without being too tight. The soft fabric feels amazing against my skin, making it a go-to choice for any day out.

The Sandals: Now, let’s talk about these adorable black sandals also from TJ Maxx! They feature a white thick sole, black patent leather straps, and a chic gold buckle that closes with velcro. Yes, velcro! I never thought I’d be raving about velcro closures, but these sandals look amazing and are so easy to slip on and off. They provide the perfect balance of style and comfort, especially when walking around Italy.

Fashion Flashback

I have to admit, I used to be a high heels devotee. I remember the days of wearing 4-inch heels to work every day, loving the look but not so much the toll it took on my back. These days, I’ve found that wedges are a more comfortable alternative. They give me the height I like without the pain, but for this outfit, flat sandals were the way to go.

Similar Styles You’ll Love

Finding new fashion ideas can be a challenge, but wide-leg flowy pants have become a favorite of mine. You might recall my pink bold wide-leg pants I shared the other day. They’re more cropped and made of cotton and linen, making them another breathable option for Italy’s summer weather. Oh and don’t forget to check out my other black and white polka dot palazzo pants here.

I’ll be linking some similar black and cream wide-leg flowy pants, black t-shirts, and cute sandals so you can recreate this look.

Perfect for Traveling

This wide-leg pants outfit is not just stylish but also practical for travel in Italy. The pants are perfect for indulging in all the delicious Italian food without feeling restricted.

The breathable fabric keeps me cool, and the easy-on, easy-off sandals are ideal for those long days and evenings of sightseeing.

Stay cool and stylish, my friends! Until next time, ciao!

Karins Kottage

Welcome to Karins Kottage! There is always something fun going on! You would think after becoming an empty nester couple that our nest would be very quiet and empty but our Kottage nest is usually more full than what we started out with! You might find me hosting a birthday party or graduation party and a baby shower on the same weekend or a big outdoor get together with 25 of our friends and family in the backyard or maybe I might be in the kitchen trying out a new recipe for my hubby and I to grill on the BBQ for a quiet night for the two of us. I am passionate about entertaining and setting a beautiful table! I may or may not have an addiction to cloth napkins and fun salad plates oh and goblets too! I think I will always have a home decorating DIY project in the works as long as my hubby is on board with me haha. We have painted A LOT in the 6 homes we have owned in the 35 years that we have been married as well as re-done multiple pieces of furniture, added wall and ceiling treatments, replaced lights, bathroom fixtures and even tiled floors! I have sewn what seems like a million window treatments for our home as well as for family, made slipcovers, and duvets and even a formal dress or two!
