I should be in Capri Italy right now! đ But of course we all know why I am not. I am missing the gorgeous green aqua color water that surrounds the island. It is absolutely stunning there! The colors of the water inspired the things I chose to highlight for this weeks Centerpiece Wednesday Linky Party! I am very happy to share some fabulous ideas from these great bloggers! But first a couple of pictures of Capri from the last time were there.
Just look at the water! I seriously could not believe how beautiful it was there. I will be sharing more about our trip to Capri Italy soon!
Happy Wednesday everyone! Please take a minute and check out all the fun ideas from these fabulous creative bloggers! Stop by their blogs and say Hi.
I love love this idea from Shelly at Calypso in the Country! This is a cardboard box covered with burlap with the black and white striped ribbon. SO BRILLIANT!! The beautiful white and green hydrangeas are some of my favorites. I did a dining by the pool soothing tablescape awhile ago using green hydrangeas that you might remember here
This German Cucumber salad recipe sounds so scrumptious! Cucumbers, mayo, sour cream, chives. I have a cucumber in my fridge so I think I will make this right now! Thank you Lois at Walking on Sunshine Recipes for sharing this recipe with us!
Check out the transformation of this French Provincial desk over at Thrift Diving. Serena does incredible things with furniture she finds at thrift stores! I love a good thrift store makeover myself. I painted this dresser black and used it in my dining room as a sideboard and I loved it!
This beautiful fabric reminded me that I should be in Capri Italy right now! The colors look like the water in the photo above donât you think? Wendy at My French twist shares a fabulous tutorial for an easy to sew removable cushion cover.
Since I should be in Capri Italy right now and since I was dreaming of Italy when I was going through all the links from last week. I saw this Grilled Italian Basil EggPlant recipe and just had to share it! So simple but it looks so good! Comfort Spring I will be making this soon!

Who would have guessed this would still be going on? So many people are missing out on life! Thanks for hosting this fun party!
I know it is just crazy isn't it! Hopefully soon this virus will be eradicated so we can move on with our lives and travel wherever we want once again. Thanks for linking up and leaving me a sweet comment. It means a lot :)
Take Care,

OMG! Bellisimo palace! I lived in Italy and have wonderful friends there and those memories are some of my best! I am so excited for you. Please share every detail.
Have a great week,
Kippi
Aww thank you Kippi! How fun that you lived out there! Where in Italy did you live? I cannot wait to go back and check on our Palazzo with my own eyes. Not much is happening on the ground just yet except clearing the overgrown areas to make space for new construction supplies to be stored. It is really just so exciting! Thanks so much for stopping by and saying Hi. I will keep posting updates as I get them.
Hugs,
Karin
Thanks for the link! And for hosting, friend!
Hi Julie,
So happy to have you join in the fun. Sorry it was hard to find this week :(
Karin
You have shared so many fabulous ideas! I love the ribbon on the box but instead of using a cardboard box Iâm going to put the ribbon On my wood box.
Hi my cute mom! Isn't that just adorable! I was thinking the same thing that I could do to mine too!
Love you!
hi Karin, I can only try to imagine your disappointment in not being able to travel to Italy and your incredible home there...thank you for sharing the beautiful photos and hosting the party today!
HI Jenna....it is just crazy right now with not being able to fly out of the country :( I just hope it will open up soon! Maybe in the fall we can finally get back over there. Capri is so incredibly gorgeous and everything you could imagine being on an Italian island...pure heaven! Thanks so much for linking up and leaving me such a sweet comment. Enjoy your day!
