How can it be March already? This weeks Linky party highlights are springy ideas. How to mix old and new for a spring mantel, Simple party gift wrap Ideas, a yummy leek and potato soup recipe and garlic knot rolls. We just spent a week in South Carolina and the weather was spectacular. I am sooo ready for spring but Mother nature has other plans….snow is in the forecast this week.
I just love highlighting 4 of you each week. So many great ideas every week makes it so hard to choose. I hope those of you that are here will take a minute and pop over to visit those that I highlight each week and say hi.
County Road has put together a beautiful spring mantel using old and new items. You need to see how she used a Pinterest idea and made it her own. I love the plates that she hung above this basket of flowers.
I don’t know about you but I love to wrap gifts and I always look for fun creative ideas. Crazy Little Love Birds shows ideas on how you can use up any leftover materials, such as buttons, beads, and flower embellishments that you may have in storage to create a beautiful package.
The copper Table has shared a delicious leek and potato soup. Using Yukon gold potatoes because they have a great flavor all their own, and you don’t need to peel them for this soup. Fresh thyme, leeks and heavy cream all whirred up with a stick blender makes for a delicious soup.
How about some scrumptious garlic knot rolls to go with the soup above? Lou Lou Girls shared this homemade roll recipe and they look so fluffy and delicious. These are perfect for any meal.
Our belated anniversary trip to South Carolina Hilton head was amazing. I just love the beach and the white sand, the beautiful old homes and the weather! We had such a wonderful time.
We spent time in a little town called Beaufort and I fell in love with it. I mostly took video of the area. You can see some of it on my Instagram account.
In case you missed my most recent fashion post on styling my comfy jogger outfit 3 ways. Here is the link to get the details.
Please feel free to link up new or old posts all about spring. I can’t wait to see some before and afters of furniture, spring crafts, florals, fashion and recipes. LInk on up my friends!

I am so ready to be on a vacation, but I have to wait until the end of next month and the middle of May. Not sure I will survive until then because I am just soooo over the cold. Have a lovely week!
