Christmas wooden dough bowls

Now, let’s dive into the enchantment of these wooden dough bowl wonders and what they can bring to your holiday home. For a classic touch, adorn the larger bowl with fresh greenery, ornaments, and twinkling lights. The smaller bowl, a perfect partner in festive crime, could hold a collection of scented pinecones or holiday potpourri.

But the decorating fun doesn’t stop there! How about transforming these bowls into a winter centerpiece? Fill them with faux snow, miniature Christmas trees, and tiny figurines for a whimsical snowy scene that captures the magic of the season. Unleash your Christmas creativity with these dough bowls in all kinds of ways.

Candlelit Elegance and Cozy Evenings

As the sun sets and the stars twinkle, let these dough bowls create a warm ambiance. Place votive candles of various sizes in the larger bowl, allowing the flickering flames to dance and cast a soft glow. The smaller bowl? Perfect for holding a collection of scented candles – think cinnamon, vanilla, or pine – adding a fragrant touch to your Christmas evenings.

Seasonal Transitions with Wooden Dough Bowls

Here’s the magic of these bowls – they’re not just for Christmas! As winter transitions to spring, fill them with faux moss and pastel-colored Easter eggs. Come summer, consider a nautical theme with seashells, sand dollars, and a sprinkle of beach sand.

And for a touch of autumnal warmth, swap in pinecones, acorns, and miniature pumpkins as fall takes center stage. These bowls are your year-round decorating companions, adapting to each season with effortless charm.

Karins Kottage

Welcome to Karins Kottage! There is always something fun going on! You would think after becoming an empty nester couple that our nest would be very quiet and empty but our Kottage nest is usually more full than what we started out with! You might find me hosting a birthday party or graduation party and a baby shower on the same weekend or a big outdoor get together with 25 of our friends and family in the backyard or maybe I might be in the kitchen trying out a new recipe for my hubby and I to grill on the BBQ for a quiet night for the two of us. I am passionate about entertaining and setting a beautiful table! I may or may not have an addiction to cloth napkins and fun salad plates oh and goblets too! I think I will always have a home decorating DIY project in the works as long as my hubby is on board with me haha. We have painted A LOT in the 6 homes we have owned in the 35 years that we have been married as well as re-done multiple pieces of furniture, added wall and ceiling treatments, replaced lights, bathroom fixtures and even tiled floors! I have sewn what seems like a million window treatments for our home as well as for family, made slipcovers, and duvets and even a formal dress or two!
