A Broncos head (hard to carve their mascot logo) carved out of a cantaloupe with blueberries. You could carve your favorite teams logo out any kind of melons.
You just have to be careful as you carve.
After you slice off the outside of the pineapple, just carve the pineapple into the shape of a football.
For the laces I cut up strawberries into little strips.
We placed strawberries and mandarin oranges all around.
In a 9 X 13 pan layer refried bean dip (we used Frito brand), salsa, shredded cheese and top with guacamole.
Pipe sour cream football sidelines and team names.
It was so fun to have these girls work in the kitchen.
