RUSTIC RED WHITE AND BLUE TABLESCAPE- Pottery Barn silverware

RUSTIC RED WHITE AND BLUE TABLESCAPE
I WANTED A RUSTIC FEEL TO THIS TABLESCAPE SO I USED BANDANAS, RUSTY METAL ITEMS, OLD ROOT BEER BOTTLES AND OTHER ODDS AND ENDS.

THIS PLATE IS THE BOTTOM OF MY RUSTY CLOCHE.

The little Tin cups are Votive Candle holders that were mini watering cans…

I pulled the spout off each one so they are like mini chuck wagon tin cups and filled them with mini muffins..

I FOUND THESE DARLING RUSTY WAGON PLACECARD HOLDERS AT POTTERY BARN 2 YEARS AGO They are perfect for the 4th of July or Memorial Day or how about a Cowboy dinner party!
I think I will use them to label food on platters!

I love this Rusty Cloche sitting atop a plate of delicious strawberries.

Red White and Blue!! I used 4 navy blue bandanas as napkins

Keep your root beer bottles so you can re-use them again!
Here is a pictue that shows the cute rusty plate that is the bottom of the of cloche

Aren’t these wagon place card holders to die for!!
Pottery Barn had these a few years ago…they should bring them back!

A summer dining extravaganza!!
I wish I would’ve kept some for myself but I sold all my rusty table decor a couple of years ago 🙁

Hope you enjoy my repost of this fun red white and blue tablescape 🙂

Karins Kottage

Welcome to Karins Kottage! There is always something fun going on! You would think after becoming an empty nester couple that our nest would be very quiet and empty but our Kottage nest is usually more full than what we started out with! You might find me hosting a birthday party or graduation party and a baby shower on the same weekend or a big outdoor get together with 25 of our friends and family in the backyard or maybe I might be in the kitchen trying out a new recipe for my hubby and I to grill on the BBQ for a quiet night for the two of us. I am passionate about entertaining and setting a beautiful table! I may or may not have an addiction to cloth napkins and fun salad plates oh and goblets too! I think I will always have a home decorating DIY project in the works as long as my hubby is on board with me haha. We have painted A LOT in the 6 homes we have owned in the 35 years that we have been married as well as re-done multiple pieces of furniture, added wall and ceiling treatments, replaced lights, bathroom fixtures and even tiled floors! I have sewn what seems like a million window treatments for our home as well as for family, made slipcovers, and duvets and even a formal dress or two!

  • It all looks nice! Thanks so much for linking up with me at #AThemedLinkup 20 for All Things American (red, white, and blue), open June 27 to July 25. All party entries shared if social media buttons installed.

  • Everything about this is so much fun! I love the napkin holders and those tiny little wagons are so cute. :) Hard to believe it's time to think about red, white, and blue tables already.
