To create a Simple Fall tablescape using Marigolds is so easy to do. Marigolds are just happy little flowers in their bright yellow and orange and I love to use them in tables capes.
Fresh cut yellow and gold marigolds from the garden mixed with purple salvia placed in fluted white cups helps to create a beautiful yet simple Fall tablescape centerpiece using marigolds.
Orange and gold napkins placed on sparkling white plates really pop!
The addition of some blingy napkin rings really add some sparkle to this simple fall tablescape.
Amber colored bubble goblets add even more shine to the table.
I always like to add texture to my tablescapes by using woven placemats, I love the color, look and feel and it protects the table from spills. Adding footed bowls or cake plates also adds dimension to your table. I used this
white footed cake stand that I made to bring more emphasis to my flowers.
I love the white table layered with bold pops of orange and gold using marigolds and bright colored cloth napkins…it makes me happy!
Cloth napkins are a must for me! I may or may not have an addiction to napkins! Is that a bad thing? haha
Hope this inspires you to look in your own backyard for some simple flowers that can make a bold centerpiece. I use marigolds to create a easy Marigold Pumpkin tutorial that is perfect for fall

Karins KottageWelcome to Karins Kottage! There is always something fun going on! You would think after becoming an empty nester couple that our nest would be very quiet and empty but our Kottage nest is usually more full than what we started out with! You might find me hosting a birthday party or graduation party and a baby shower on the same weekend or a big outdoor get together with 25 of our friends and family in the backyard or maybe I might be in the kitchen trying out a new recipe for my hubby and I to grill on the BBQ for a quiet night for the two of us. I am passionate about entertaining and setting a beautiful table! I may or may not have an addiction to cloth napkins and fun salad plates oh and goblets too! I think I will always have a home decorating DIY project in the works as long as my hubby is on board with me haha. We have painted A LOT in the 6 homes we have owned in the 35 years that we have been married as well as re-done multiple pieces of furniture, added wall and ceiling treatments, replaced lights, bathroom fixtures and even tiled floors! I have sewn what seems like a million window treatments for our home as well as for family, made slipcovers, and duvets and even a formal dress or two!
