Recipes from Tablescape Buffet

This yummy little Chicken appetizer is easy and uses leftover chicken!
Ingredients:
Left over grilled chicken breast sliced thin
Cream cheese softened
My mom’s homemade chutney but you could use store bought
Pink lady apples julienned sliced
Favorite cracker
1. Spread the softened cream cheese on cracker
Place the thinly sliced chicken on the cream cheese
Top with homemade or store bought chutney
Garnish with julienned sliced pink lady apples for a fun look!
Such a yummy savory appetizer and so easy to make!!
Salad-Tini’s
I used my favorite salad recipe for this
Fresh spinach sliced into thin little pieces (be careful spinach bruises easily)
Thinly sliced purple cabbage..not very much (mostly for color)
Chopped strawberries (everything has to be tiny to fit in these Mini Martini glasses
Sprinkle of blueberries
Chopped up apples
Drizzle of Brianna’s poppyseed dressing (walmart)
Slivered almonds (candied)
These little cheese crisps my daughter came up with.
She placed shredded Parmesan cheese in lines on a cookie sheet and baked them until they were golden and melted. They held together perfectly and she stuck them in each Martini glass…they look amazing!
These adorable crudite bouquets are simply thinly sliced red and yellow peppers, cucumbers, sugar snap peas, carrots and mini yellow tomatoes with a sprig of fresh cilantro for garnishment! These are great for your guests because the can hold these little shot glasses while mingling around.
Hope you enjoy these easy and fun appetizers!
