I whipped up a super easy and flavorful pasta sala

I whipped up a super easy and flavorful pasta salad using Golden Steer Table 40 whole herb seasoning blend and let me tell you—it makes the salad! This seasoning adds the perfect balance of bold, savory flavors that take a simple pasta salad to the next level. The mix of penne, crisp cucumber, juicy baby tomatoes, fresh basil, and a zesty Dijon dressing is already delicious, but that Golden Steer magic ties everything together. A sprinkle of shredded Parmesan finishes it off beautifully. Perfect for a quick side dish or a fresh, flavorful lunch!

Golden Steer Bowtie Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
• 1 box penne pasta, cooked and cooled
• 1 English cucumber, peeled and chopped
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 8–10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
• 1 cup fresh baby tomatoes, sliced
• ½ lemon, squeezed
• ¼ cup olive oil
• ¼ cup rice vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp Golden Steer Table 40 seasoning (the secret ingredient!)
• Shredded Parmesan, to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and let cool.
2. In a large bowl, toss together pasta, cucumber, baby tomatoes, basil, and green onions.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, rice vinegar, Dijon mustard, and Golden Steer Table 40 seasoning—this is where the flavor magic happens!
4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well coated.
5. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan to taste.
6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy the bold, delicious flavors!
