Leftover Grilled Tuna Salad

Grilled tuna has got to be one of my favorite easiest dinners. Literally within minutes you can have a gourmet dinner that melts in your mouth. Tuna can be pricey but recently we found some for $7.99 a LB.

For the main course the night before….I seasoned the tuna steak with kosher salt, ground pepper, and Italian spice mix from Costco (my new fav yummy seasoning) a little olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. We grill or rather sear it 3 minutes a side so that it is very pink and kind of raw in the middle. So good!! Taste like steak! Then for the salad the next day I sliced up the tuna and served it on a bed of spinach with cut up pineapple and poppy seed dressing. So simple and yet sooooo good both times.

How do you fix fresh tuna steaks?
