Valentine’s Day Breakfast Table Idea

Valentine’s Day is coming and instead of making a dinner….how about a breakfast or a brunch?
I created this tablescape a couple of years ago and I think I am going to recreate it for this Valentine’s day.

White plates and Napkins
I used my white dinner plates from Ikea, white salad plates are from Kmart (a sweet friend gave these to me).
Everything for the table including the napkins are white. I wanted a clean fresh pretty look.
A unique way to serve jam I used these darling metal crown votive candle holders at each place setting.
Fun huh!

Wire Food Dome
Wire food domes bring in a French romantic look to the table. Underneath are some pretty tart shells filled with whipped cream and a raspberry.
The best part is that the tarts were pre-made! No baking involved.

Flowers for Centerpiece
I just love Hydrangeas….I love them in any color but I chose white for a clean look mixed with just a little bit of purple.
So pretty!

Folded Books stands

My daughter Madeline makes these really unique folded book stands. Creating them out of old books and folding them in unique shapes.
We use them on the table for decorations throughout the year.
This time we decided to use it as cake plate holder for some pink pancakes!

The cute little French egg holder is just about the cutest thing ever don’t you think? I think idea of using the egg holder totally makes my Valentine’s breakfast! My cute mom gave this to me but we don’t remember where we got it.

‘

These yummy pancakes were made with Krusteaz pancake mix that we added some of my mom’s green tomato raspberry jam and they were really delicious!
I love making pancakes but they cannot be plain.
NO WAY! I am always adding things like bananas, chocolate chips, orange juice in place of the water or milk.
I just have to have some flavor in them 🙂

These scrumptious little nuggets are made from pre-baked frozen little tart shells, thawed and then filled with fresh whipped cream and topped off with a raspberry and some shredded lemon peel.

OH my gosh they were so good!

No bake tarts filled with whip cream

Notice the cool serving spoon? My cute Son-in-Law made these for me for Christmas!

Hope you enjoyed my White Breakfast ideas.

You couldn't have a prettier bouquet of flowers to showcase for this gorgeous table! I love all of the touches. I have the little votive candle holders and never thought of serving jam in them, but what a great idea – or any sauces! Such a pretty way to present the tarts on the green "lawn". Just a lovely, lovely table.
