I had so much fun looking at all the links from last weeks linky party. Today I am highlighting some really bright Christmas crafts and a beautiful pavlova recipe. As always I am totally blown away with your creative juices each week.
Bright colors are always so festive and fun aren’t they? I love to use bright colors at Christmas. In my dining room I decorate what I like to call my sugar plum fairy room for my grandkids. By using bright pinks, turquoise, lime green and lots of other bright colors I create what I hope feels like what the sugar plum fairy from the Nutcracker would do in her dining room. haha

Karins Kottage linky party highlights
These bright colored Christmas ideas really caught my eye from last weeks linky party. First up is My Hubbard Home with her 10 holiday centerpieces and vignettes to make for Christmas. This particular blue green and gold idea in a cloche is so stunning! Make sure you pop over to see all of her ideas.
Paper Seedling created this bright colored Christmas card. She created it using a stamp and die cut for the evergreen branch. It is so festive against the brightly colored ornament card stock.
The apple street cottage created this mini tart ornament out of old jewelry! So creative and unique! The colors and style of the old fashioned jewelry remind me of my grandma. What a fun way to create an heirloom piece that can be enjoyed every year.
I have never made pavlova before but this gorgeous Christmas pavlova wreath just might convince me to try it! Ann’s entitled life shares her recipe tips and tricks. Wow it is so gorgeous with the bright colored fruit on top!
Karins Kottage Happenings
I still have not put up our Christmas tree yet! The outside of our house is all decorated with icicle lights and wreaths on all the windows in the front of the house. I really love how it looks.
My most recent post is 4 ways to style a Christmas wreath. I love when I can use a Christmas decoration multiple ways.
You will love this pumpkin bruschetta appetizer recipe. It is really easy to make and tastes amazing!
