I created another 4th of July Red White and Blue tablescape and it won’t be my last!
This time of year I can’t get enough of patriotic themed tablescapes!
Red coffee pot vase
I saw this red enameled white spreckled coffee pot in Target in the dollar section and I just had to have it!
I only wish they had mugs to match!
The great thing about this coffee pot is, that I not only could use it to serve hot cocoa but also as a darling vase with white flowers from my garden.
Add in a couple of American flags and BAM I have that Red White and Blue patriotic look.
DIY Denim Silverware pockets
Setting the red coffee pot inside one of my round galvanized trays and adding a few flowers makes a pretty centerpiece. I also used some of DIY denim silverware pockets to hold a box of sparklers and a plastic red white and blue pin wheel for the grandkids.
To make the denim silverware pockets cut out two back pockets from some old jeans. Then cut each pocket in half from top to bottom.
Sew up the open sides with double stitching, and apply stop fraying to keep the sewn edge from unraveling.
The bigger the pants the bigger the pockets 😉
Yellow straws with lemons
These darling yellow and white straws and sliced lemon straw decorations were also from the dollar section in Target! The yellow just pops against the red white and blue.
Yellow striped straws just make me think of lazy summer days as a kid sipping lemonade or soda from a glass bottle.
Ruffled edged paper plates
I am totally obsessed with these ruffled paper plates! I bought them from Sophistiplate but they don’t carry these particular ones any more. Looking around I did find some other red white and blue plates that would look cute. You can shop for them at the bottom of the post.
These paper plates look like melamine plastic plates but they are paper!
You might remember my other red white and blue tablescape that I put together here.
These plates are calling my name to order these in every color!! Haha
The matching white and blue striped napkins pulled through my red berry napkin rings just make this patriotic tablescape sing for me!
I’ve used these napkin rings for years now! Remember this French black and tablescape or this pink flamingo one?
I used to sell them on here but I can’t find them any more 🙁
Red and white handled cutlery
Can I tell you how much I love these Red and white handled flatware from Pottery Barn?
I purchased them years ago on clearance!
I don’t know why I didn’t buy more than 4 place-settings!
For the 4th of July this year I am praying for perfect weather so I can host this party outside!

This is beautiful Karin! Our kids would love the sparklers and pin wheel! That those are paper plate blows my mind. They look so real, and don’t cheapen the look like some paper plates can (depending on the table set up). I must have them!

I really am loving your tablescapes and decor. Just found your site and will be sure to wait for your newest updates. I do have one question for you though. I have white and red pip berry napkin rings but cannot find the blue ones, could you direct me to an on-line site where I might be able to purchase them? Any help would be fantastic. Thanks for all your wonderful ideas.
enjoyed your table creativity! Still have to get my stuff out.
Thank you so much for stopping by! I still have some decor I want to put up in the backyard!

Very pretty! I think many of us will be entertaining at home on The Fourth this year as so many festivals have been cancelled. Here in my little town in Massachusetts even the fireworks have been cancelled. It’s such a shame.
I know so sad but we can still enjoy fun in our own backyards 👍🏻 Playing fun games, decorating in cute ways! Making memories in special new ways.

There’s something American about denim, I LOVE how you used it in your centerpiece. Beautiful tablescape!!
Isn’t that so true! Denim is truly all American! I remember when my hubby traveled a lot all around Asia and they wanted American denim jeans Levi 501’s to be exact.
Thanks so much for stopping in!

Karin

I just love your patriotic tablescape. The coffee pot is the perfect container for garden flowers. The denim pockets are so cute holding sparklers and what’s not to love about the ruffle paper plates with no clean-up afterwards.
Hi Pam,
Thank you for the nice compliments 🙂 made my day. Aren’t the ruffle plates to die for!! I want them in every color now! The coffee pot is just what you might see cowboys out on the range using don’t you think? It is so cute! I can’t wait to use it some more fun Tablescapes both in the summer and fall or even Christmas!! Thanks for stopping by and saying hi.
