Last week I shared with you how much I love cardigan sweaters and this week I am wearing one once again LOL maybe I need to change things up a little…Nahh 😉
I am wearing this bright colored pattern of fuscia and orange tank top from Banana outlet, pencil skirt from Old Navy and the turquoise sweater from Ann Taylor Loft outlet.
I can’t remember where I got the necklace from..It might have been from Walmart!
The tank top has some pleats up at the top that gives it a little flair.
The tank top does hang a little long on my short waist so I have used a skinny black belt to create a soft ruffle at the bottom of the top over the skirt.
My oldest daughters dog has come to live with us for awhile…Love her to pieces but sheesh she sheds like nobody’s business!! It’s a good thing you cant see the black skirt close up because I am sure I covered with her fur!
I think it is interesting to note that even though the tank top does not have the turquoise blue color in the pattern it still works..why? Well ..I don’t know if I am right… but this is what I think….
1. All the colors are within the same bold color pallet…You know what I mean?…. I wouldn’t put a pastel sweater with this combo or a muted color unless maybe it was grey.
2. These Pink and Orange are warm colors and the Blue is a cool color they are opposites on the color wheel and therefore….they flow together.
Ok I am going to change things up a bit and wear something else besides a cardigan to show you next week. 🙂

Hi Ashleigh.. Thank you 😘 yeah Check out Walmart they have a ton of necklaces on clearance!! Some for only $3.00!! Fun stuff huh!!
You look great! I love that necklace, can't believe you found it at Walmart!! I love cardigans too, especially in really fun colors.
Very cute outfit. The bold colors do work well together, and I like the way you made the little ruffle with the skinny belt. I love cardigans, too, and my post today included one as well! Would love to have you drop by to check it out. My Fab Friday Fashion posts are specifically appropriate for ladies over 50, but because I like funky, cool things, they work for anyone. Have a great weekend!
