Once again welcome to Centerpiece Wednesday- July 8
It was such a pleasure to see so many fabulous patriotic ideas linked up to Centerpiece Wednesday last week. I just love the 4th of July where we get to celebrate our freedom! The colors of this holiday always bring a sweet feeling in my heart as I think about all those who fought to allow us to have these freedoms. I chose a few of my favorites to share with all of you.
First up from last week’s Welcome to Centerpiece Wednesday- July 8 last week is this gorgeous basket that Follow the Yellow Brick Home put together. Amber found her basket at a garage sale for only $2 such a good score! I had a similar basket in my stash and this inspired me to make one for my own front door with out spending a dime!
This Tablescape out by the pool by Marty at a stroll thrulife just makes me miss our pool in Texas so much! I am in love with her salad plates!
The dedicated house showed us this patriotic festive and very fluffy wreath that she found and put on her front door. I love the messages on the ribbon.
What is the 4th of July with out strawberry shortcake? This particular recipe from Hubbards Home is gluten Free!! I need to try this!
How about this beautiful tablescape from Life at bellaterra! Not only did she share this patriotic tablescape but she shared all things 4th of July! You should go and check out her post!
So much inspiration from all of you sharing each week at my Centerpiece Wednesday linky party each week! I can’t wait to see what you have going on this week! I know it will be awesome!
Posts you may have missed
We had so much fun at our daughters navy blue and peach wedding reception! Since the wedding was on July 3rd (5 years ago) We created a hot dog bar and all the guests loved it!
One of the decorations we used at our daughters bridal shower and wedding reception was this huge flower letter “E” that we created using lots of silk flowers.
The wedding cake was absolutely stunning! We had one of our daughters friends make it for us. Emily’s future mother in law used fresh roses starting at the top and cascaded them all down the side of the cake. It was truly a masterpiece!

Karin,
Thank you SO much for sharing my July 4th table! I am now just getting to take the time to look through your wonderful website. I am also VERY excited to read about your Italian palace. Our family has been to Italy multiple times and we just love it there. I am so happy you reached out to me as I feel like I have found a new friend.
