Sparkly Silver Blue and White Christmas Tablescape

Today I am sharing my Silver Blue and White Christmas Tablescape

I am having a little dinner party this Saturday with some friends and I have been trying to decide what to do to make my table sparkly, whimsical and yet elegant.

At first I was going to use bright bold colors but then i decided on a more monochromatic look using lots of silver.

My dining room is painted a fun Robin’s Egg blue color that just lends itself to silver and white.
My silver chargers paired with my Ikea white dinner plates topped with these soft blue salad plates (of which I don’t have enough of) so I am also using some of my white salad plates )
I also found these fun little sparkly reindeers for a fun little touch.
I added some bling to my chandelier….I found these drop crystal ornaments at Tai Pan trading for just a couple of bucks each and hung them over each arm of the chandy…it totally looks like they are a part of the chandelier!
Then I added a strand of pastel colored ball garland to bring in a little pizazz.

I wanted something fun to put at each place setting and found these pink reindeer ornaments at Walmart…I wish they were a soft colored pink but they are still fun.

I love these silver trees…my sister and I found these on clearance at Walmart a few years ago…we totally scored at only $4.00 each!

I used a beautiful silvery garland down the center of the table and added trees, votive candle holders,
ornaments, candlesticks etc to make it look full and pretty.

You are so kind….I am really excited to have my little dinner party and hope the food turns out…but if not…at least the table will look nice hahaha. I love my chandelier from the thrift store…there is just something about using old things that make a room come alive for me and then being able to dress up the chandelier even more is like the icing on the cake! Thanks again for stopping by and saying Hi

Everything is absolutely stunning and looks straight out of a magazine including your fabulous header. I am so in love with this table. I wouldn't want to leave it all winter. I am such a big fan of decorating the chandeliers too. They are so quick and easy and add such an impact.

Love your table. My Christmas Eve table will have mercury glass trees wandering down the middle of it too!

Love your pastel blue and silver tablescape! The silver mercury trees with the silver garland presents an elegant feel. The lovely blue salads mixed with the white china is a perfect balance. You call the pale blue hue "robin's egg blue" and I love the name "Tiffany box blue" either way it is my favorite color. As a side note, my living room sofa is covered in that shade of blue velvet and the antique frame is french style with carved roses. So, your table is truly one of my favorites!

    Thanks, Pam

Thanks Pam for you lovely comments…I really do love this color blue…I used to only be a red and yellow girl but have since tried out this blue in my house in many rooms and I just love it! How fun that you found a sofa in "our color of blue" 😉
