- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar Plus 1/2 C extra for rolling the cookies in
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Cup Chopped pecans
- 2 Cups Sifted Flour I did not sift my flour but you can.

Cream butter and Powdered sugar, Add vanilla and mix. Add flour and nuts and combine. Mixture will be thickUsing a cookie dough scoop or a teaspoon, scoop 1"-1 1/2" balls and place on cookie sheet that has been covered with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 20-25 min. Once baked roll each cookie in powdered sugar to coat.
