Quick easy each sorbet

Mixing frozen peaches with honey and or pure maple syrup and a little lemon juice makes for a tangy healthy peach sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp Real maple syrup
  • 1/4 C hot water

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen peaches into the food processor.
  2. Add the honey, maple syrup and lemon juice.
  3. Process with bursts of chopping. You will have to push down the mixture a few times to get it to combine and become smooth.
  4. Add in the hot water as needed.
  5. Place in a freezer container and freeze or serve right away.

Notes

Tip- freeze your peaches on a cookie sheet separately.
Serving tip- Mix with your favorite vanilla ice cream for a yummy dessert.
