Really amazing chocolate chip cookies made with apple cider vinegar. Who would think that would be a delicious cookie? Chewy on the inside and crispy on the edges. The perfect cookie in my book.
2cupschocolate chipsI used half 60% bitter sweet Ghirardelli and half semi sweet Ghiradelli

In a medium sized bowl mix all the dry ingredients together except for sea salt. Flour, baking soda and salt. Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up. Heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix up the wet ingredients and sugars. Butter, sugar, vanilla and apple cider vinegar. Then add the eggs. Mix well. Next add the wet and dry ingredients together. Mix until just combined. Add in chocolate chips and stir.
Using a cookie scoop (The recipe calls for a large scoop i used a medium sized scoop)
Place 12 cookie scoops onto cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are light brown. They will look under baked.
Take out of the oven, sprinkle a little sea salt (I used kosher salt) and let rest on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before removing.
