Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • Cranberry Orange butter
  • 4 sticks 1 lb of butter, softened
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • Zest of 2 small oranges
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ⅛ cup powdered sugar
Orange Honey Cinnamon Butter
  • 4 sticks butter softened
  • 2 small oranges zested
  • 1 tbsp real maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 small orange squeezed of juice
  • 1/8 cup powdered sugar
Herb compound butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh herb leaves thyme, basil, sage, rosemary roughly chopped
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp beer can chicken seasoning

Method
 

  1. Instructions:
  2. Combine all ingredients for each type of butter separately in the Cuisinart.
  3. Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped and the mixture is well blended.
    tip- roughly chop cranberries first before adding butter.
