Linky Party: How to make fresh salad, DIY’s, Spring Décor!

Last week’s Karins Kottage Linky Party was a whirlwind of How to be creative! Inspiration, with a gorgeous salad recipe, DIY’s with thrifted items, spring decor and a homemade bug repellent. These bloggers come from far and wide sharing their latest projects and ideas. Let’s take a closer look at four outstanding contributors who brought their A-game to the virtual table:

Hunny I’m Home:

This talented blogger wowed us with her ingenious DIY Mosquito Repellent Candles. Using a blend of natural ingredients including fruits, herbs, and essential oils. Hunny I’m Home crafted candles that not only keep pesky bugs at bay but also add a touch of charm to any outdoor gathering. Check out her post here!

Organized Island:

Feast your eyes on the mouthwatering Arugula Salad with Goat Cheese that Organized Island served up for our enjoyment. Bursting with flavors from blackberries, nuts, red onions, and a homemade dressing. This how to make salad recipe is as beautiful as it is delicious. Get the recipe here!

Craft Klatch:

In a fun twist, Craft Klatch took on the challenge of transforming thrifted items into something new and exciting. Her Sunflower Side Table, created entirely from thrift store finds, impressed us all with its creativity and resourcefulness. See her masterpiece here!

Dinner at Eight:

Rounding off our showcase is Dinner at Eight. Treating us to a stunning Spring Tablescape that exudes elegance and charm. With delicate luncheon plates adorned with nesting birds. Dinner and Eight’s eye for detail that’s second to none. This table setting is an invitation to celebrate the beauty of the season. Take a closer look here!

Karins Kottage Happenings

Have you ever cooked with farro? It is sooo delicious and I have made this twice last week.

Need a fun way to set a table for two? I created this poolside tablescape years ago when we lived in Texas and had a pool. It was so easy to pull together using a footstool as our intimate table. Then I recreated it for four people!
