Can I tell all you gals how much I love jean jackets and leather boots? I remember years ago when Ralph Lauren came out with denim looking bedding mixed with floral….I swooned over that. Old Ralphie just had a way of making good old denim look good not only on people but everywhere we live!
Stripes have been and still popular this year. I found this gold one at old navy and while I love stripes I still have to have a vertical line so I added in this warm colored printed scarf…which helps to draw your eye down.

The detailing on the back is what made me decide to grab them..rustic yet glamours in a way. Can I tell you how comfortable these babies are? My footies thank me everytime I wear them! The color of the leather is perfect in my eyes.
Me just goofin around with my ever present granny glasses. Did I ever tell you my son in law told me I act like a 15 year old trapped in a 50 something body…nahh not me LOL
Enjoy playing with your clothes, mix stripes with patterns and use textures like denim. And leather….you can’t go wrong.
Two of my very best pals and I went to lunch and we just laughed and laughed about old times talked about raising children, weddings, divorces, hot flashes and how we love the Lord and trust in His ways even when times are tough. I am so grateful to be friends with these two..one of which I have known for over 35 years! Love you Nicki and Kari you bring sunshine into my life everytime we get together 🙂
