Hello to all my linky party friends! I love hosting my Karins Kottage linky party each week and highlighting 4 of your ideas. You always amaze me with your talents whether it is a great DIY project or an amazing recipe, Organizing tips, beautiful tablescapes or fashion. You always inspire me! Here are the 4 bloggers I am highlighting this week.
Highlights From Last Week
Creative Moments has done such an incredible job of transforming this gorgeous antique china cabinet. I absolutely love how this turned out. Make sure to stop by to see the step by step instructions
Homemade on a weeknight is sharing a delicious recipe for a blackberry prosciutto crostini. I am a sucker for a good crostini and this one looks so good! The trick is whipping the cream cheese.
Bushel and a Pickle has put together a fun whimsical winter wonderland tablescape with snowman mugs. I love the idea of making things special during winter after Christmas.
An Organized Season is doing a home organizing challenge for winter. Donna and Rich have really put together some great tips and ideas on how to get organized. Every small step brings you closer to a peaceful and inviting home.
Karins Kottage Happenings
Last week I was washing all my white slipcovers from my sofa and chairs. As you can see in the photo they get so dirty with so many people coming in the house through the holidays. It is always such a good feeling to get them nice and clean.
I use this amazing spot remover product that my niece told me about and it really works! You can even use it on fabric items that have been through the dryer!
My hubby, sister and sister in-law made a really quick trip to Arizona to celebrate our step-mom for her 80th birthday. It was so fun to be with some family members that I had not seen in over 20 years!
Another fun project I have been working on is updating my dining room. Here are a few sneak peeks of things I am working on and will be sharing soon! I am going with a more neutral beachy look. I am really excited to share how I only shopped my house to do this too!
Party time!
Link up new or old creative posts. I want to see what you are going to do for Valentine’s day. I can’t wait to see your creativity in home projects, crafts, fashion and recipes.

Melynda it was so nice to be there but it was way too short. Birthdays are always special when surrounded by family. 🙂
